Congratulations to Mrs. Colin, Vaughan’s Music Teacher, for being recognized as Bright Ideas Tarheel Teacher of the Week (for January 25-29.) The award was in recognition for her grant to purchase the instruments each student in K-4 received in December.

Mrs. Ramey's class recently read the book A Bucket Full of Blessings. A Bucket Full of Blessings is an Indian folktale about a drought in a mountain village with a vast jungle. Estelle made a beautiful peacock inspired by the story!
