Pre-kindergarten registration

Children must be 4 years old on or before August 31.

To register for Pre-kindergarten, contact your nearest elementary school to schedule an appointment to register in person at the school.

Registration events at your local school:

Time: 9:00 a.m.-12:00 noon & 1:00-5:00 p.m.

Bring with you for registration

  1. Your child for an academic and developmental assessment (takes about 30 minutes)

  2. Child’s official birth certificate

  3. Child’s immunization records (shot records)

  4. Proof of residency (current lease, deed, utility bill)

  5. Parent’s driver’s license or ID

  6. Proof of income (W2’s or one full month)

  7. Child must have a health assessment within 30 days of enrollment

  8. Military Leave & Earning Statement

  9. Chronic Illness, Physician Documentation, I.E.P.

K-12 registration requirements for students not currently enrolled in Warren County Schools

  3. Child’s official birth certificate

  4. Child’s immunization records (shot records)

  5. Proof of residency (lease, deed, utility bill)

  6. Parent’s driver’s license or ID

  7. Child must have a State Health Assessment within 30 days of enrollment (includes a section that must be completed and signed by a healthcare provider)
