DESIGN CONSULTANT RFQ
Warren County Schools is requesting qualifications from design firms for the design and construction administration for the removal and replacement of the entire roof at Warren County Middle School, located at 118 Campus Drive, Warrenton, NC 27589.
This Request for Qualifications is intended to comply with all applicable rules and regulations, as well as state law and local policies. Design firms wishing to be considered for this project are requested to submit a Statement of Qualifications pursuant to these instructions.
The Statement of Qualifications should include the following:
- Expertise and past performance on public school roofing renovation and/or replacement projects.
- Examples of prior completed public school roofing projects, including but not limited to the removal of entire roofing systems. The examples should demonstrate your competence and qualifications to provide the required professional services.
- Staffing and proposed design team for the roofing project.
- Proximity to, and familiarity with, Warren County and construction projects in Warren County.
- Any other information you believe would be relevant to the school system’s selection of a design firm.
Qualifications will be received until 4:00 p.m. on December 19, 2023, in the Superintendent’s Office, located at 109 Cousin Lucy’s Lane, Warrenton, NC 27589.
The Statement of Qualifications should be delivered to the attention of Dr. Dennis Carrington. Please provide three paper copies of Statement of Qualifications, along with supporting documentation.
