Warren County Schools Executive Cabinet Difference Maker Award

The Warren County Schools Executive Cabinet was recognized this week as the latest recipient of the district’s Difference Maker Award, an honor celebrating individuals and teams who make a meaningful impact on students, staff, and the community.

Superintendent Dr. Montague-Davis surprised members of the Executive Cabinet with the award during this week’s Warren County Board of Education meeting. The unexpected recognition highlighted the critical work the team performs behind the scenes to ensure the smooth operation and continued success of the school district.

Though their efforts are often carried out away from the public eye, the Executive Cabinet plays a central role in guiding the district’s vision, supporting school leaders, and overseeing the day-to-day functions that keep Warren County Schools running efficiently. From strategic planning and policy implementation to operational oversight and staff support, the Cabinet’s collaborative leadership influences every school across the district.

In presenting the award, Dr. Montague-Davis praised the group’s dedication, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to students and families. She emphasized that their teamwork and forward-thinking approach are essential to maintaining a strong educational environment throughout Warren County.

The Difference Maker Award serves as a reminder that impactful leadership extends beyond the classroom. Through their steady guidance and service, the Executive Cabinet continues to shape opportunities for success for both students and staff across the district.
