Qualified trade and specialty contractors are invited to submit prequalification materials for Warren County Schools’ new consolidated elementary school project. The deadline to submit is Friday, October 23, 2026.
LeChase Construction, the project’s Construction Manager at Risk, is accepting submissions from contractors interested in bidding on construction packages. Opportunities span multiple trades, including concrete, masonry, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, sitework, landscaping, and playground equipment.
The project will transform the existing 21,000-square-foot former New Tech high school building and add approximately 84,000 square feet to create a consolidated elementary school serving 700 students. Plans include classroom “neighborhoods” surrounding a central courtyard, learning commons, outdoor play areas, and separate circulation for buses and carpool traffic.
