Warren County Middle School set up an appreciation station. Sometimes we just need a little reminder that we are appreciated and someone sees greatness in something we are doing. This bulletin board is surely a recipe that will cause a smile.
Warren County Middle School Homecoming Court 2021
Staff and students had a great time and represented for the WCMS Homecoming/Spirit Week (October 18-22, 2021)
• Make Believe Monday (Dress as your favorite character or movie show)
• Tacky Tuesday (Dress wild and crazy in your best mix-matched outfit from head to toe.
• Warrior Pride Wednesday (Dress from head to toe in all purple and gold to show your pride.
• Touch of Pink Thursday (Dress with the most Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness)
• Fashion Friday (Dress to impress and look your best)
This week is Mental Health Matters at Warren County Middle School. Dr. Dennis Carrington spoiled the staff this week by providing a conducive atmosphere that relieved stress and boosted the mood. He provided delicious hot cider, delicious apple pies, smooth jazz music, and a place to go in the building that was design to remind staff of a luxury hotel lobby area. Thank you to our former school counselor, Colleen Neuer, for creating the “calming room” at our school.
Dr. Carrington put the calming room to great use this week and the staff is feeling really good and relaxed which in turn makes the staff more productive, energized, and happy to be a part of Warren County Middle School.
Thank you Dr. Carrington for realizing the importance and taking the initiative to ensure that your staff take a moment to breathe and refresh.

Warren County Middle School welcomes Lianndra Davis to the WCMS family. She was originally hired as the Instructional Coach and has taken on the role as Assistant Principal. She has been a blessing to WCMS with her positive attitude, a growth mindset, and good character that blended nicely with the Warrior team. We welcome her to WCMS as we work together as a team and family. We are here to promote and challenge students to reach beyond their expectations to become lifelong learners who will make this world a better place and we are excited to have Lianndra Davis included in our dedication to our students.

Progress Reports were distributed today to students. Those who are currently remote, progress reports were emailed to the students.
Our top two priorities this school year are to keep students and staff attending school in person and to keep them healthy. Students who are planning to play sports this school year can pick up sports physical packets from in front of the school Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Warren County Middle School is excited to announce Open House 2021!!! It will take place on Thursday, August 19th in the gym. Please come at your designated time:
6th Grade-5:00 p.m.
7th Grade-6:00 p.m.
8th Grade-7:00 p.m.
Masks are required for everyone!
8th Grade Drive-Thru Promotional Ceremony will take place on Monday, June 7, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at the front loop of Warren County Middle School. Line up for will be at 5:00 p.m. in the Warren County High School parking lot. Professional photographer will be on site!
We will recognize all scholars that have received recognition awards for the months of either February or March in a drive thru event to take place this Thursday, April 22, 2021 from 4:30-5:30. We look forward to seeing you on Thursday!"
