Weekly Announcements: *This is Red Ribbon Week where we "Celebrate Life. Live Drug Free." See flyer for details on what we will do each day. *Thursday is 12:30 Dismissal. Please be prepared for your child to come home early that day. Boys and Girls Club will be closed on Thursday. *The 1st Nine Weeks end on Monday, October 31st. Make sure your child has completed all assignments. *Benchmark tests for grades 3-5 will be October 31st-November 2nd. Make sure your child is present and on time. *Our Fall Festival will be on November 4th. If you are able to assist us with a donation, please let us know.

*The Read to Achieve Test will be given to selected students on Tuesday, October 18th. *October is Bullying Prevention Month. Parents please talk to your child about name calling, making fun of others, intimidating, or trying to physically hurt someone. It is ok to stand up for what is right. Wednesday, October 19th is Unity Day. We ask everyone to wear something the color orange to denote we stand in unity against bullying. *This is also Cancer Awareness Month. Students can continue to purchase links for 50 cents to donate to Kids with Lids, a program to raise money for kids with cancer. On Friday we ask students to support the program by bringing $1 and wear a hat of their choice. *We have several classes that must continue with the mask mandate for this week. You will receive notification if your class is one of them. *The nine weeks will end at the end of this month. Parents encourage your child that it is not too late to improve their grades. Benchmark assessments will also occur at the end of the month. *Again thank you for your continued support.

Weekly Announcements: *Parents should not get on the buses for safety reasons. If you have an issue, please speak to the driver or contact the school. *Chromebook fees are due October 3rd. You can pay online or send the $20 to the school. *Fundraiser ends October 3rd. This is the last week to get those final sales. *Return Covid testing consent forms to the school. The Armory has rapid and PCR Covid testing if needed. *Picture Day has been postponed. We will notify you when we reschedule the date. *As always, thanks for getting your child to school on time and letting them stay all day. We have completed our beginning of year diagnostics and will be working on our interventions starting this week.

Greetings Eagle Family! Tomorrow, August 29th is the day we welcome our K-5 Eagles back to the nest. The doors open for students at 7:35 with breakfast. School will start promptly at 8:00. We are looking forward to an exciting year full of students being empowered to be innovative. Let's have open communication between students, parents, and teachers. Thanks to all you attended Open House. Students received book bags from the district. Put students names on them. Student handbooks are on the district website. Review it with your child.
