Attention Students and Parents: The Warren County School's Child Nutrition Department will have Meal Service pick-up at only ONE site during Spring Break April 6-9, 2020. The site will be Warren County High School Monday 4/6 - Thursday 4/9 from 10:30 am until 3:00pm. ALL sites will be CLOSED Friday 4/10 and Monday 4/13 for Spring Break.

Attention Parents and Students. There is a change in the times for food distribution at Vaughan Elementary, Northside K-8 and Warren County High School. The new times for pickup is Monday - Friday from 10:30 am - 3:00 pm.

Starting tomorrow, we will continue to distribute food at Vaughan ES, Northside K-8 and Warren County High School. There will be a one-time pick up of food from 11am – 4pm. This one time pick up will include a combination of breakfast and lunch/dinner items.
We understand that many of our parents don’t have transportation. As we look to assist you in providing food to our communities, we are asking that you contact us at (252) 257-3184 or complete the Google form on our website TODAY by 5pm, so we can determine the needs of our community. Once we identify the needs of our community, we will determine next steps.

Junior scholar, Victoria Dorge, was selected to attend Governor's School this summer. The Governor's School of North Carolina is a 5½-week summer residential program for gifted and talented high school students, integrating academic disciplines, the arts, and unique courses on each of two campuses.

The Goodnight Scholars Program prepares North Carolina's top STEM talent to become transformational leaders at NC State University, in North Carolina, and in the world.
The 100 finalists were selected from a pool of 850 candidates from across North Carolina and represent 82 high schools, 48 counties, and six NC State academic colleges. Finalists were scored by an application review committee consisting of current and former NC State faculty, staff, and alumni, as well as industry representatives from SAS Institute and the Kenan Fellows Program. Each finalist demonstrated exceptional high school accomplishments including stellar academic achievement, extracurricular involvement, community engagement, and inspiring goals for success in STEM and education.

Warren Early College High School was awarded the Best Attendance Award for the fourth month of the 2019-20 school year, with an attendance rate of 95.71%. Principal Shena Judkins received the trophy during the Board of Education's February meeting. Shown with the school's award are our 9th grade perfect attendance scholars!
