Thanks to our Title I funds, we are able to purchase instructional materials that allow our scholars to master challenging curricula and close the achievement gap. Mrs. Eaton's Earth Science scholars enjoyed testing minerals and completing a Mineral Data Table purchased with Title I funds.
Our Beta Club hosted a Valentine’s Day event during lunch. All were welcome to participate in their Advocating for Self-Love project. Scholars had a chance to search for their name amongst the various hearts, and once they found their name, they wrote something they love about themselves on the back. Maria is one of 112 finalists selected from over 3,400 candidates from across North Carolina and the globe.
