The Warren County Board of Education will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday, August 11, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. in the multipurpose room at WCMS and participants will be socially distanced and masks are mandatory. This room and the media center will be open and can accommodate 10 individuals each. This meeting will be streamed live on social media and a link will be available on the district website, warrenk12nc.org, under the Live Feed section and will also be posted on social media. If you would like to make public comments, a form will be available for attendees in the multipurpose room or individuals can click on the link below and complete the form by 3:00 pm on August 11, 2020. IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT: We will conduct a drive thru style enrollment next Wednesday-Friday outside of the Warren County Schools Central Office. The days and schools will be as follows from 3:30-5:00pm: Wednesday- Mariam Boyd and Vaughan Elementary; Thursday- Northside K-8 and Warren County Middle School and Friday- Our three High Schools We are asking parents if possible to email copies of their proof of residence, SS card or Parent ID Card and birth certificate to dmartin@warrenk12nc.org or anstewart@warrenk12nc.org. The Warren County Health Department is partnering with Vidant Health to schedule a COVID-19 Community Testing Event at the Olive Grove Missionary Baptist Church (located at 915 Eaton Ferry Road, Littleton, NC 27580) on July 27-29.

Attention Warren County Schools parents. After carefully reviewing the data that you provided in a recent survey, we are making plans for the 2020-21 school year based on your feedback. Parents that are interested in their student(s) participating in an all online learning environment next year will need to complete an application to participate in our Virtual Academy. We are also asking parents that do not plan to allow their students to ride the school bus next year to complete an opt-out form so that we can plan on the number of students that will be riding buses.. In addition to the online forms, schools will be mailing out these forms in paper format today to all parents. There is a stamped envelope inside each packet that will allow you to mail it back to us. If you have questions, please contact your child's school or the Warren County School District Office.
