Each summer, some of North Carolina’s most gifted and motivated students are selected to attend the prestigious North Carolina Governor’s School—a four-week residential program that brings together the best and brightest scholars, artists, and innovators from across the state.
This highly competitive program allows students to:
🧠 Explore advanced topics in their chosen academic or artistic discipline
🗣️ Engage in thoughtful dialogue around society, philosophy, and self-awareness
🤝 Connect with peers who share their passion for learning and leadership
Seniors who have participated in this transformative experience will proudly wear a blue and gold honor cord at graduation.
