Attention Parents: There will be a 9th Grade High School Registration Meeting for parents on Tuesday, March 3rd 2020 The meeting will be held at Warren County Middle School at 6:30 pm in the Multipurpose Room. The purpose of this meeting is to provide information on each of the Warren County’s High Schools and explain the process of selecting the high school that their students would like to attend as 9th graders.
Warren County School’s Central Office Staff, High School Principals and Counselors will be present to provide information and answer questions. This meeting is designed to help parents and students obtain as much information as possible and fully understand their options before making their high school selection.

Valentines Day Parent Reminders:
Balloons and glass vases are not allowed on the bus, in an effort to maintain bus safety. All classroom party snacks must be store bought, in an effort to maintain student safety.
The Warren County School District is considering moving to one school calendar for all schools within the district beginning with the 2020-21 school year. Your input is needed to assist the district in making a decision on which calendar is preferred by the students, parents, staff, and stakeholders. Just another reminder, Northside K-8 School students in grades 3rd-8th grade this week starting on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 will be taking "North Carolina Check In" benchmark exams. All students in grades 3rd-8th grade will take reading and math exams. Students in the 5th grade and 8th grade will also take additional science exams.

Special thank you to everyone who came out and joined us here at Northside K8 School for our holiday program Nanny Claus, this evening December 12, 2019. Mrs. Petrin worked very hard preparing the students' for this evening's show. Mrs. Petrin will be leaving us to join another school system in the New Year. We thank her for her dedication and service. Special thank you to Mrs. Fuller who did a fantastic job on the decorations. Happy Holidays!

Just another reminder Northside K-8 School parents, tomorrow December 6,2019 will be a half day. Your child will be getting out at 12:30 pm. The District wide science fair will take place tomorrow (December 6, 2019) at Warren County High School. Progress reports were also given to the students today.
