Due to ongoing unsafe conditions on secondary roads in parts of the district, Warren County Schools will be closed to students on Friday, January 30.
Friday will be an optional workday for staff, with school buildings opening at 10:00 am.
The safety of our students, families, and staff remains our highest priority. While main roads may be clear, many secondary roads throughout the district remain hazardous for bus travel and student commutes.
We are also monitoring the forecast for possible inclement weather this weekend and will provide updates as necessary. Families and staff are encouraged to stay safe and continue monitoring our website and social media for updates.

Warren County Schools will operate as a Remote Learning Day on Thursday, January 29, 2026.

At Warren County Schools, we’re dedicated to supporting the whole child — academically, socially, and emotionally. That’s why we use CharacterStrong tools to help our students build strong relationships, healthy habits, and a positive sense of belonging.
As part of this commitment, we’ll be administering an anonymous student survey for grades 3–12 after winter break.
This survey helps us better understand how students feel about their school experience — their connection, engagement, and overall well-being.
Important Notes:
• The survey is completely anonymous.
• Participation is encouraged, but optional.
• Families may review the survey questions: 3rd-5th Grade | 6th-12th Grade
• If you prefer your student not to participate, an opt-out form is available here.
Your partnership helps us ensure every student feels seen, supported, and valued. If you have any questions, please reach out to your school counselor — we’re here for you and your child.
