We’re proud to announce that Payton Leah Terry, a 10th-grade student, was recognized by Congressman Donald G. Davis for her participation in the 2025 Congressional Art Competition.
On April 19, 2025, in Rocky Mount, NC, Payton received a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition from the U.S. House of Representatives, acknowledging her artistic talent and dedication.
